Check in was very smooth.
The food was just normal, but food service was good.

We stay in standard double room. The room facility is old, the floor is sticky. The bathroom is very humid because there is no ventilator. Overall staying experience in the room was not good.

Check out was terrible. There were many tourists waiting to board, but they didn't facilitate with boarding and no SOP. All tourists were squeezing to get on boat. Just on the moment we want to board, only the staff tell us we are from Redang beach resort, so we have to go on another boat. Terrible!
Very dissapointed that no one informed us about this while checking out. Same situation for other tourists.
