I have been using Virtual Runner UK Ltd's services for a while now and I must say they are just average. The website is easy to navigate and the virtual runs are fun, but there is room for improvement. The customer service response time could be faster and sometimes the medals take longer than expected to arrive. Overall, an average experience.
