Not recommended. Unresponsive, not prompt, and tardy. Don't be too eager to jump in first based on reviews. It was unfortunate they assigned the wrong person to take care of my renovations needs. That person didn't have a pen and paper to take notes, let alone even a measuring tape to take measurements. Hope it doesn't happen to yours.

The initiate quote took more than 8 days to prepare. Without notes and the measuring tape, the assigned person missed out a few things and added extra things not required since he could not remember for so long. As a result, the quote was super late and done like a rushed-job scrambling to meet an overdue delivery coupled with an exorbitant price tag of more than $70K for general minor works and standard works for demolition, carpentry, masonry, plumbing, etc. Generally $45K-50K ball park range was expected as there were other vendor quotes involved. Vis-a-vis their quote was outrageous compared with others. You might be lucky if you have a right one assigned, else it could be difficult.
