I had an average experience with Smedbo, Inc. The website was easy to navigate and the customer service was prompt in answering my questions. However, the quality of the products was not up to my expectations. The items I received were not as sturdy as I had hoped and some of them even arrived damaged. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
