I was asking questions on the new procedures and I was talked over loudly and extremely rudely and hung up on because I wanted a question answered by Clarie F. Administration. I have never been treated so horribly by a counseling center customer service representative. I m extremely concern because if people were suicidal and called that could have gone horribly wrong. I pray they take her out of that position. She is not a good fit to help those in need for counseling.
