I went to RACCA'S for dinner recently and it was just okay. The food was decent, but nothing extraordinary. The service was average, and the staff seemed a bit disengaged. The ambiance was nice, but not particularly noteworthy. Overall, it was an average dining experience, and there are definitely better options available.
