I had an average experience with Pet Friendly. Although they claim to be a pet-friendly company, I found that the staff was not very accommodating to my furry friends. The customer service was satisfactory, but I expected more from a company that promotes themselves as pet-friendly. The rates were reasonable and the website was easy to navigate. However, the lack of pet amenities and the overall indifference towards pets left a lot to be desired. I hope they improve their pet-friendly services in the future.
