I wish I could leave a negative number. The lack of regard for their customers is astounding. They did not pay my taxes despite having an escrow account and a tax lien was placed on my property. I notified them, have called and emailed many times and in 2 months no one has ever called me back. But they have emailed me about refinancing, sent me a letter via FedEx about refinancing and 2 people have called me about refinancing. When I tell them about the issues they say it s not their job and offer no help other than to tell me to hang up and call customer service (which they know I have already done 5 times). They are the worst!
