Bought a tree last year at Ann and Hope and this year half the tree was lighting up. So I contacted about the warranty, and was told it was made through store level and the store I bought it at then did the warranty claims. Called Ann and Hope and they wouldn't help me since it's past their 30 day return policy. Didn't try to return the tree, just get the lights fixed. After a lot back and forth Jenny from Arett called me with an amazing solution and went above and beyond my customer expectations. I'm disappointed in Ann and Hope they took no responsibility even though I bought it from them!
