The staff took very good care of me when I had my surgery last March. They were wonderful so I have zero complaints there. The complaint I do have is billing department. I started out my payment plan paying 100$ a month for my portion of my bill that my insurance did not cover. Several months later I had to make a few budget adjustments. I called the hospital to see if I could pay $50 a month instead of the $100. They did APPROVE this. I missed ONE payment accidentally in Nov. I called to pay December's bill when I was notified of the missed payment. I apologized and paid $100 to make it up. I absent mindly simply forgot as there was alot going on in November. The representative said that would be fine. I asked if I could still go ahead and continue to pay the monthly installments of $50. She said that was fine also. Well I call today and the representative said that was a mistake, that I needed to be paying the $100. I stated that they had already approved my $50 and I have been FAITHFULLY MAKING MY MONTHLY PAYMENTS BESIDES THE MISHAP IN NOVEMBER. I think its RIDICULOUS and Extremely bothersome that someone who is paying there bill off faithfully is told my $50 payments weren't enough.....I was never given a 'time limit' on when the entire bill had to be paid off. I thought as long as someone is faithfully paying there bill, there would be no issues....they need to get on the same page, one person approves it, then another says no. I find it terrible that there would be any type of issue when I'm simply paying my bill off whether I'm sending $20, $30, $50, as longg as I'm paying the damn thing....who are you to tell me what I need to pay. You ALL APPROVED THIS IN THE FIRST PLACE.
