Poor and rude service. The lady at the front who was managing the seating, refused to seat us outside even when half the place was empty (no reserved signs on the tables either). While taking the order with a special request, the waitress suggested she was not sure if it would be possible "but will check". Even repeated my order with the special request. When the food turned up we realised that they had ignored the request, so I took the dish back to the waitress, who changed her stance and suggested that she had informed me that it would not be possible. When I went to pay for our food, they had got the tables mixed up and were charging me for another table. I reminded them of the mistake with my order and the lady at the front suggested "menu says no modifications to items" which I did not challenge but on returning home noticed that their online menu (same as inshore) does not say anything to that effect. Very poor attitude as I also noticed the lady at the front being rude to other asian customers.
