I recently stayed at the Marco Polo Plaza Cebu and it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, but I expected a bit more from a hotel of this caliber. The food at the hotel's restaurant was decent, but not outstanding. Overall, it was an okay stay, but I've had better experiences at other hotels in Cebu.
