Tell Public Relations is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing extraordinary. I had a pleasant experience working with them, but it didn't leave a lasting impression. Their team was responsive and professional, but I felt that they lacked creativity in their campaigns. Overall, they fulfilled their promises, but I believe there are better PR companies out there.
