T K Review of Iris Consulting
The atmosphere inside the office was nice and ever...
The atmosphere inside the office was nice and everyone was very welcoming and friendly, but they mislead you and tell you they are training you for an "office manager position", but they really have you going door to door selling at&t and direct TV. They only pay you $200 a week and only if you complete your training... Your training consists of 2 full days (not consecutive) in the office and then 3 days in the field, which is what you do every day. You go into the office at 10am go out into the field at about 11:30 or 12 and stay out until about 7pm, then it's back to the office by 7:30. All this for $200 a week. Also let's not forget that many neighborhoods have very specific rules about soliciting and you can get into trouble for this. Very unhappy with the way they handled the interviews, and gave out misleading information. Don't get me wrong, you make "commission" on your sales and some people do very very well, just thought people should know what they're walking into.
