As a client to this clinic for many years, it went downhill rather quick. Big turnaround with the front desk, what they landed on was quite disappointing. Rude, no customer service, and to top it off, the Owner himself seemed to set the tone. So I guess it makes sense. Incompetent kennel techs, rudeness, and no customer service. If it weren't for Dr. B I would have left long ago. Once my pet passed away, I swore to never go back to this clinic. Not certain how this place stays open, aside from the 'click' of clients the owners must know and cater to; everyone else as clients - don't bother them.
