I had an average experience with Socar Energy Switzerland. The website socarenergy.ch was decent, but it could be more user-friendly. The booking process was smooth, but the rates were a bit higher compared to other car rental companies. The customer service was okay, but the staff could be more attentive. The car I rented was clean and in good condition. Overall, it was an average experience.
