I had a mixed experience with Sustainable Building Solutions. While their customer service was great and they were able to answer all my questions, I was disappointed with the quality of their materials. The product I received did not live up to my expectations and I had to make some adjustments to get it to work properly. Overall, I would rate my experience with them as average.
