I recently tried out a sampling service and had mixed feelings about my experience. While the samples I received from Samples.com were of good quality, I found the website a bit confusing to use. It took me some time to find the products I was interested in, and there were a few technical glitches along the way. However, the customer service team was helpful and resolved my issues promptly. If the website interface improves, I would consider using Samples.com again.
