I have been a customer of Reelmetrics for over a year now, and I must say that their service is average. The website is user-friendly, but I feel that it lacks some advanced features. It is great for basic analysis, but for more in-depth insights, it falls short. The support team is excellent and always ready to assist with any issues. However, the pricing plans could be better. Overall, Reelmetrics is a decent platform for beginner-level analytics.
