Being a customer of this association has been a positive experience overall. The Apartment Association of Central Oklahoma provides valuable resources and information on their website. It is a user-friendly platform that offers helpful guidance for tenants and landlords. The staff is responsive and attentive to customer needs. However, I believe there is room for improvement in terms of addressing tenant concerns in a more timely manner. Nonetheless, I am satisfied with the services provided by the AACO.
