I had an average experience with Paul Francis Design Limited. Their website is paulfrancisdesign.co.uk. The overall service was satisfactory, but there were some areas that could have been improved. The design team was responsive to my requests and delivered the project on time, however, I felt that the final result was lacking creativity. The communication throughout the process was good, but I expected more innovative ideas from them. In the end, I would say it was an average experience.
