I was told at 9am by Stacy/Stephanie whoever that ...

I was told at 9am by Stacy/Stephanie whoever that my services would be connected today then again by Crystal at 12pm. At 5:30pm when I arrived to the resident the services were still not connected. Then at 6:30 pm Matthew called and stated that he would contact the tech in my area. At 9:30pm, I called Envirolink and the represented stated that he was told that my services would be on first thing the next morning. Matthew didn't even have the decency to call me back to let me know that no one would be coming out. Poor customer service!
