Saved myself a lot of money and wasted travel by calling first to ask them about accessible seating for concerts in their pavilion. They acted like I was speaking a language they did not understand. They transferred me to three different people. Finally got to a "ticket salesperson" in "the gift shop" and told them I didn't see any designated accessible seating on their website seating chart. She said "what's that?" I said you know like wheelchairs?! She said whatever concert it is they "find a seat that's on an end of an aisle, if available". I told her that's not ADA compliant and she said she didn't know what ADA was and "all she did was sell tickets"! Downstream Casino shows no interest in obtaining business from people with disabilities or complying with Federal law. I even asked for a manager to speak with and was put on hold to no avail. I recommend people with or without disabilities take your business elsewhere due to Downstream Casino's lack off empathy and ignorance.
