I have been a customer of Enervie - südwestfalen energie und wasser ag for several years now and I must say, their services are average. They provide the basic utilities that I need, but there's nothing extraordinary about their offerings. The customer service could be improved, as sometimes it takes a while to get a response from them. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
