Mcalister Brand is an average company. Their products are decent but nothing out of the ordinary. The customer service is satisfactory. I have purchased a few items from them and haven't had any major issues. However, they could improve in terms of delivery speed and packaging quality. Overall, I would give them a 3 out of 5 stars.
