I have mixed feelings about Borders Group. On one hand, their customer service was excellent. The representative I spoke to was very helpful and resolved my issue promptly. On the other hand, the website was a bit confusing to navigate. It took me some time to find what I was looking for. Overall, I would say they are a decent company with some room for improvement.
