I had a mixed experience with an online company that reminds me of Bad Honnef Online. On one hand, they have a great website and a wide selection of products. However, their customer service was lacking. It took them a long time to respond to my inquiries, and when they did, their answers were not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
