NEVER USE THIS JOKE OF A COMPANY!! They fail to tell you that you pay shipping both ways until AFTER paying for the rental! They also charge you for a day of rental counting the same day! Any rental place you go, you get 24 hours, NOT with these jokers! They count the first day as 24 hours! I will NEVER use them again and I will tell everyone I can to NEVER use them!!! Lousy company, horrible customer service (I should say NO customer service) and a ripoff!!
