They need to do better. It is really difficult to reach out to a representative whenever you need assistance. I was trying to file a weekly claim but I was unable to. My personal information was needed to be on paper in order for me to claim unemployment benefits. The department sent me someone else's personal information to me. They sent me the other person's social security, their phone number, and the name of their employer. I don't know if they mistake me for someone else or not but because of the mishap it is challenging to access the system online. My sister had a problem with them last year as well. It's annoying.
