Anthem Health Services is an average company. The service they provide is satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. I have been a customer for a few months now and while I haven't had any major issues, I also haven't been overly impressed. Their communication with customers could use some improvement, as it often takes them a while to respond to inquiries. Overall, I would say they are an average company.
