I had a mixed experience with Karmony. While their website was easy to use and had a good selection of products, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to receive a response to my inquiry, and when I did, it was not very helpful. However, the quality of the product I ordered was excellent. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
