I had a mixed experience with ntventure.com.sg. Some aspects of the company were great, while others were lacking. The website is user-friendly and the variety of products available is impressive. However, I was disappointed with the customer service. It took a long time to get a response to my queries, and when I did, it wasn't always helpful. Overall, I would say that New Tech Venture has room for improvement.
