Hello, I'm here to inform you beforehand before giving interview at webtek. Being a reputed company they have kept an HR who's truly unprofessional. I was called for the interview for content writing and I was made to write 4-5 contents. After two days I got a call back that I've been selected but I need to again appear for another round of interview at their office. When I asked for the reason, the HR explained that they are experimenting whether I'm capable of handling social posts or not. I denied to appear physically at their office, but they agreed to take the test through mail. I received the mail and there was again a long list of 8 topics. I completed the test within the stipulated time given. The HR promised to share the feedback with me and after three days when I called her up, she told that she has not yet received anything from the respected team and promised to get back within that day. But to my surprise and shock, the feedback is yet pending from their end. Really ridiculous and not at all expected from a so good organisation in town. What an HR she is that she can't even share a feedback with the candidate. Think twice before appearing for the interview. They had done the same thing with one of my friend. They have the habit of wasting time of candidates. Learnt a lesson though.
