Looking at art schools for my daughter. Sent SAIC ...

Looking at art schools for my daughter. Sent SAIC multiple emails in the past few months. Not a single response. Meanwhile sent RISD an email on Saturday and they responded within 24 hours, on Sunday, not just answering our questions but even providing additional information. After much discussion SAIC is now off our list. Might be close to home but if something as important and basic as their communications are so horrendous what other issues do they have?
