Ico Traders is an average company. Their website, icotraders.co.nz, looks decent and is easy to navigate. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and the representatives didn't seem very knowledgeable. Overall, I would say that my experience with them was just average.
