As a customer, I would rate the Wayne County Board of DD as average. The services they provide are satisfactory, but there is room for improvement. The staff is generally helpful and friendly, but sometimes it can be challenging to get a prompt response. Overall, I feel that they are a reliable organization, but there is definitely potential for them to enhance their services.
