I have been a customer of Coon mfg inc for over a year now and I can confidently say that their products are of average quality. The customer service is also average, nothing exceptional. I have had a few issues with their delivery service in the past, but overall it's been an okay experience. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I will probably continue using their products for now.
