I recently tried out this travel company for a trip to France. While the overall experience was satisfactory, I felt that there were a few areas where they could have improved. The website was easy to navigate, but lacked detailed information about the destinations and activities. It would have been helpful to have more options and recommendations. Additionally, the customer service was average at best. There were delays in response time and some of my queries were not fully addressed. On a positive note, our tour guide was knowledgeable and friendly, making the trip enjoyable. The accommodations and transportation were also decent, although not exceptional. Overall, I would rate my experience with this company as average. They have the potential to provide a better customer experience with some improvements to their website and communication.
