I recently purchased some yoga props from their website and overall I found the experience to be average. The selection of items was quite extensive and I was able to find what I was looking for easily. The prices were also reasonable compared to other similar websites. The checkout process was smooth and I received my order within the estimated delivery time. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. I had a question about one of the products and sent an email, but it took them a few days to respond and the reply was not very helpful. Additionally, some of the items I received had minor defects, which was a bit disappointing. In terms of quality, the products were decent, but not exceptional. Overall, I would say my experience with the company was average.
