I recently used this company to handle my cargo shipment, and I must say, it was a decent experience overall. Their website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about their services. The online booking process was simple and hassle-free. However, the customer service could have been a bit more responsive. I had to reach out to them multiple times before getting a satisfactory response. The delivery of my cargo was on time, but the packaging could have been better. I noticed a few minor damages upon receipt. Despite these issues, the cost of their services was reasonable, and they did manage to deliver my cargo safely. I appreciate their efforts in ensuring timely delivery, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and packaging standards.
