As a customer of Toneo first, I must say their service is average. The website toneofirst.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I find their customer support to be lacking. It takes a long time to get a response and sometimes I don't get a resolution to my issue. Overall, I have had a mediocre experience with this company.
