I worked at a BPO company and had a mixed experience. The work itself was fine, but the management was lacking. There was very little support or guidance, and it felt like they were just interested in keeping the clients happy rather than taking care of their employees. The salary was decent, but there was no room for growth or advancement. It could be a good company if they focused more on employee satisfaction and development.
