I had an overall average experience with Ip.access. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information. However, I found the product descriptions to be lacking detail and some important features were not properly explained. The customer support was average as well, they took a while to respond to my queries. Overall, the company is decent but could definitely improve.
