I recently went on a rafting trip with this company and had a decent experience. The guides were knowledgeable and ensured our safety throughout the trip. However, the organization of the trip felt a bit rushed, and the equipment provided was not in the best condition. The website promised a seamless and thrilling adventure, but it didn't quite live up to my expectations. Despite these shortcomings, the natural beauty of the Smokies made the trip enjoyable. The check-in process was quick and efficient, which I appreciated. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would recommend better maintenance of equipment and perhaps a more relaxed pace for a more enjoyable adventure. 🚣‍♂️
