I recently used a CRM system from this company, and my experience was okay. The interface was user-friendly, and it made it easy to track customer information and communication. However, I found the system to be lacking in some advanced features that would have been beneficial for our dealership. Additionally, the customer support was not as responsive as I had hoped for. Overall, it did the basic job, but I think there's room for improvement in terms of functionality and support.
