Here is what to expect when visiting North Chattahoochee Family Physicians. Wasting at least two hours for one physical exam (get really comfortable, because you won't get any phone service in there either). Getting your arm bruised after having blood taken haphazardly. Having a rude staff barely listen to you, then not send your prescription into the pharmacy, forcing you to go to an Urgent Care. Not being told that your nurse practitioner is on leave and that is why none of your calls have been returned. Lastly, having to wait (actually, still waiting) two weeks to receive a call back about a prescription they messed up on completely. If you can handle all of this go ahead and call and make an appointment.
