I am very dissatified with the experience i had today with Hugo Boss woman in vancouver oakridge mall on 41st Avenue. I did a few purchase with them 3 days ago, and when I tried to return one of the item today, the Manager giving me hard time and telling me that they can't do it. The attitude from the lady who called herself a "manager" was awful. I feel so disappointed and unrespect from her. I had great service in Max Mara, Harry Rosen for my shopping experience. But the attitude from the manager after she know i wanted to do a refund was Awful. she wants me to go back another when my original sales lady back on shift. I can't believe that she doesnt allow the refund for me within their 28 days refund policy.
I will never buy from Hugo Boss in oakridge Mall again.
