I had a mixed experience with Excello Machine Tools INC. The website ex-cell-o.com was easy to navigate and had relevant information. However, the customer service was not up to the mark. I faced delays in getting my queries resolved, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the product I received was of good quality and met my requirements. Overall, it was an average experience, but I expected better customer service.
