They are friendly, and seem competent at investing...

They are friendly, and seem competent at investing. However, they are not upfront with fees, they don't seem to have much attention to detail, and we had a terrible experience with tax preparation through them. They charged a premium, and made mistakes that would have cost us tens of thousands of dollars if I hadn't found the issues myself after they gave the forms to me for review.
