Mason Group was a disaster to work with. Horrible experience working with them and they fell short of every expectation they offered. The very definition of being ripped off can be demonstrated by this company. Falsely lead us to believe they would keep working for us to find a candidate, but only could supply a candidate that flakes out within a couple weeks and did not have the skills or dependability they advertised. Literally admitted to us he was not the right fit for the job upon departure. They tried to collect the full sum of the advertised recruiting value for a top tier candidate instead of giving us a fair deal for having to put up with a poor candidate. They even advertised they d find a different candidate if the original didn t work out but they never supplied us with other candidates before trying to charge their exceptionally high rates. They tried charging us $11,500.00 for supplying a mediocre tradesman candidate that only lasted a couple weeks after failing at his job multiple times in that period and even recruiting our people to other shops and attempting to unionize them. We refused to pay the $11,500.00 and they dragged us through a California Arbitration process and submitted false information. Even submitted the claim for $18,200.00 which was a total falsehood in itself. An additional $2,125.00 is also being claimed to be owed on top of this. Full refund in the form of complete release of obligation to the amount billed is expected. We did not get the service that was offered. We disagreed up front and in writing with the billing practices and the erroneous claims listed on the bill, including charging for services not rendered or completed. We took this up with their representatives and were shocked at their responses which were compared to thievery in our minds. We seek a rightful adjustment be made by them to notify the AAA and fair justification of billing to be refunded. No real value was ever orchestrated and no long term recruit was put in placement. Therefore terms were violated by their own actions. Complete and utter disgrace to ethical business practices.
